Optional website analytics

Updated: 23 October 2026. On specifically reviewed general and business pages, we use Google Analytics 4 only if you choose “Accept analytics”. Your consent is the legal basis for this optional processing. With “Necessary only”, or before you choose, the Analytics service is not loaded and no data is sent to it.

The purpose is to understand which general pages and public contact or collaboration options are useful. We measure controlled page views and clicks using general labels, not free text in forms, names, email addresses, patient information, prescriptions, search terms or message text. Why Lab child pages, clinical sections, clinical tools and private areas are excluded. A phone, email, map or app-store click does not establish a completed communication, visit, installation or sale. This setup does not enable advertising personalisation or remarketing.

The service is provided by Google Ireland Limited. Loading it connects to Google servers and involves processing technical connection data, such as an IP address, browser/device information and cookie identifiers. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area using the transfer mechanisms described in its information.

Your choice is stored locally for up to 180 days for this website and browser. Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_…) are set for up to 180 days from their creation. The event-data retention setting is 14 months; aggregated reports have a different retention scope. You can change your choice or withdraw consent using “Analytics preferences” on this page or on a page where measurement is offered. On this privacy page, preferences are handled locally without loading Google or sending events. Withdrawal stops further analytics measurement and clears Analytics cookies set by this implementation; it does not automatically delete data already sent. If the service has already loaded on the current page, the withdrawal state may be sent to Google.
