A considered daily routine.
The planned preparation is one whole sachet mixed well into 300 mL water, taken with a meal and consumed immediately. Final directions will appear on the released label. These are two alternative formulas, not a combined daily regimen.
Development preview for adults over 55. Planned intake: one 10 g sachet daily from ONE of the two products. Final composition, directions and label will be published before sale. The products are not intended for children, pregnancy or breastfeeding. Ask a healthcare professional before use if you have a medical condition or take medication; CELLULAR+ also requires review with vitamin K antagonists such as warfarin because it contains CoQ10.
Betaine: a daily intake above 4 g may significantly increase blood cholesterol. Consider intake from other products and do not combine the two formulas.

How do CORE and CELLULAR+ differ?
CORE contains a planned 3 g of glycine. CELLULAR+ has 2.5 g of glycine and adds NR chloride 280 mg and CoQ10 100 mg. The other listed amounts are the same. A more extensive formula does not by itself establish a superior clinical result.
What does “Longevity” mean here?
It identifies the development range for daily nutrition in adults over 55. It is not a claim that either product extends lifespan or reverses ageing. There are no clinical trials of these finished formulas in the information currently available.
Why is creatine stated as 3 g?
The development formula uses 3.5 g of creatine monohydrate raw material to target a declaration of 3 g creatine. The raw-material weight and the amount of creatine are different; the final amount must be analytically confirmed through shelf life.
